Would Not RecommendWe only grilled fish on this tray, and it’s impossible to clean/remove burnt portion off from the tray. Even after 2.5 hrs in dishwasher, surface remains sticky and greasy. Color change didn’t bother me at all, but I’m reluctant to grill again on this tray… so disappointed! (We have a weber grill, and grilling temp is 450 for 8-10min)

Impossible to clean. Throwing it away.
Would Not RecommendI have purchased 2 Weber grills for our new home just this year. So I also grabbed this grill pan for veggie. Oh my goodness!!! It looks like it's 100 years old already and impossible to clean it. Disappointed!!!
