Would RecommendLove the grill first one I have for 20 years and finally gave up the only problem. I have with this one is even though I seasoned the grates. The meat still sticks to it. Seems to be a Weber problem on the newer grill i also have a Genesis that's about 9 years old. And it has the same problem. I wish you'd go back to the old grates. You were using those worked wonderful

Would RecommendLove it! Great design. Nice heavyweight grills, optional disposable foil trays to line the bottom drip tray, electronic ignition, and the side trays make this grill extremely handy and easy to use.
Only Weber that's completely failed.
Would Not RecommendWon't get higher than 400 degrees. Spoke to Weber and the instructions they gave didn't work. I contacted Amazon for a refund. They changed the manufacturing of this item -- 2 others were great that I'd had for 20 years combined.

Poor Customer service from Weber
Would Not RecommendThis is my 3rd Weber Q, so I like the product. But the new one wouldn't light, contacted Weber and they sent a new regulator. Installed it, no joy. Now they want to send other parts. I paid $300 for a new bbq and they expect a 78 year old woman to do the maintenance and troubleshooting?! No mention of a credit, or partial refund for my efforts.

great little grill
I really love this little grill. I have it as my only grill. It is good enought for several burgers , many hot dogs , and a good amount of vegetables. I daily cook for about 3 to 4 and it is sufficiant for that. Adding a nice healthy fresh salad or couple sides keeps my kitchen easy to clean and makes dinner healthy and quick.
