Grease fires!
Would Not RecommendI kept this grill just shy of 90 days. I really wanted to like the grill because the food It produced was actually very good. However I spent a lot of time "tinkering" with this grill and the Weber app. I had to replace the auger and install a new feed ramp - all free through Weber in acknowledgement of issues they didn't fix before it was released. But the final straw was a grease fire that damaged the grill. Weber Customer took a week or more between replies... Thankfully Lowe's had an amaz...
Great Flavor

Fantastic product
Would RecommendProduces very good smoke. I smoked for hours with no issues of ash. It does produce more ash just due to it using mesquite. Pellets are very uniform in size to help prevent auger jams. I will buy again.
weber pellets
Would RecommendUsed these Weber pellets in my pellet grill and my food turned out great. We smoked chicken and it turned out nice and tender. Good product at a nice price.
Good taste, bad quality control
At the price per pound you'd expect higher quality on the cut length. I'm on my second bag for my EX4, and I'm finding multiple pellets that are cut too long. They do have a great taste but having to sort through the hopper to find the ones that are too long is a pain. As with the grill if you pay a premium price you expect a premium product.
