I’ve smoked brisket, turkeys, ribs and pork butts and had spectacular results. People been licking their fingers. The pellets are easy to use and store. Idiot proof. Multiple flavors give you flexibility to try different combinations of smoke type to spices used.

Would RecommendI have a pit boss 1101 unfortunately when I went to get new pallets they were out so I tried this blend it did a pretty good job no complaints I would purchase again even though I am partial to the pit boss pellet it did make an excellent meal I can recommend
