Would RecommendWe used our grill last night for the first time and it was easy to light and use. I’ve always had a charcoal rail, so this is my first time experimenting with a gas grill. I also want to commend Joe who works in the Seneca store and helped us select this grill. He did a fantastic job.
Poor customer service at lowes
Would Not RecommendLowe’s customer service was abysmal. The lid has a super loud clanging sound and instead of having the option of just replacing the lid, they insist on a full replacement. It takes them 1hr to reach this conclusion on the phone. Then we fix it ourselves at home and they take 30 mins in store to cancel the replacement and get super hufft about me asking for the cancellation to happen in store - “why can’t you cancel this from your email?” Is what the head cashier said to me
