What I expected...
Would RecommendI had hoped that the "Sear Zone" would have been hotter. I like my steaks charred on the outside and medium rare in the middle. To get the charring that I want, the inside gets over cooked. I will be looking for louvered flavor plates to replace the factory ones, which will allow allow more heat to come through for quick charring! Good product otherwise! The higher price for Weber is because of the heavy duty construction. Other brands go cheap on parts that wear-out quicker to keep their price...

Great starter grill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated this grill three stars primarily because a piece, the back end, was missing. However, overall, it’s not a bad grill! Assembly was fairly easy, and the included QR code made the process even simpler. For the price, I think it’s a great value. It worked well, was pretty easy to use, even in cold weather, and made delicious burgers. Plus, my husband really enjoyed using it!

No back panel.
Would RecommendI don't like that it has no back panel. The entire inside cabinet is exposed from behind for no reason. They could have designed a back panel with a hole for the gas line to go through.

Beautiful grill

The grill is a little smaller than I expected but that is ok with me. It started up nicely and excited to cook my steak. The price of the grill seems worthy.

It looks my food evenly and it has a temperature Guage so there is no guess work as to how hot the heat inside the grill is. It is customizable so you can really make this grill your own. Yes I am grilling during an ice storm.
