WEBER SMOQUE XL

No complaints except yesterday it was raining and really windy and the temperature kept going down and I don't know why and it took a while for it to get back up. So please help me with this one please. And besides that best thing I ever bought just had a problem yesterday. I don't know if it's the PI controller or not but please get back to me and let me know what it could have been.

Weber Smoque - My New Best Friend

Just purchased a new Weber Smoque 22 pellet smoker let and the first 2 cooks (a brisket & baby back ribs) have been been fantastic!! I also have a Summit 470 that I use about 4 times a week as my multi-purpose grill, but have wanted/needed a real smoker! I’ve had a really good offset smoker when we lived in Texas. It did a great job, but not as good as this new one and certainly not as user-friendly. The Smoque is my new best friend!!

Beautifully designed, with phone app it's perfect

Assembly of the grill took some time. The quality of the parts and the fit was excellent. My first use of the grill was so much more fun than I had expected. Using the phone app along with the inserted thermocouple was so easy. The phone app has recipes where it guides you through the whole cooking and resting process. No excuse for not having a great outcome. Love it.

The Smoque

I couldn’t be happier with my new Weber Smoque! This thing cooks beautifully, holds temperature incredibly well, and gives everything that perfect smoky flavor. From low-and-slow BBQ to weeknight cooks, it’s been absolutely amazing and worth every penny.

Disappointed

Hard to operate for us we are in late 70’s and the electronics are hard for us to understand and use we ended up removing a turkey we were trying to smoke and finishing in oven. Have not tried to use it again.

Best smoker on the market

This smoker is all I wanted and more. It connects to the WiFi and is so dependable. Being able to control the entire cook from my phone makes smoking meats an any time affair.

Initial Impressions of the Smoque XL

This is my first pellet smoker, I have decades using charcoal and wood to bbq and smoke meats etc... Best feature on this device is ease of use. The Weber connect app is easy to install and use on my phone; setup and actual use of the Smoque is incredibly easy; It does what it claims and allows basically a hands-free smoking operation and I have taken advantage of that with several overnight smokes (brisket and pork shoulder) that went off without a hitch. A Solid Grill That Falls Short on Smokiness

I purchased this grill last November, hoping it would replace my Weber Kettle. I cooked a Thanksgiving turkey, followed by chicken thighs, ribs, pork butt, and meatloaf. The meat was delicious, and the tech made remote control easy. The build quality is excellent, and it's easy to use and clean. However, I'm disappointed with the level of smokiness.
