What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional quality, durability, and cooking performance. Many report owning multiple units over 10, 20, or even 30 years, with previous models still functioning well after heavy use. Reviewers consistently commend even heat distribution, rapid heating, and precise temperature control, with cast iron grates delivering authentic grill marks and reaching temperatures up to 650 degrees. The sleek design, spacious side tables, and intuitive controls enhance both functionality and outdoor aesthetics. A few report isolated issues like faulty igniters or burner malfunctions, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by overwhelming positive sentiment regarding core performance and longevity.

Would Not RecommendFirst 2 burners work, until the other 2 are lit. Then all 4 burners diminish to almost nothing. It takes 30 min to reach 400 and doesn’t heat up past 425 ever. Weber has replaced the regulator, which did not resolve the issue. They’ve now ordered a manifold but told us that’s likely not the issue either. They told us we needed 7” water column pressure at the grill, then the regulator will drop pressure to 4.5-4.7”. The gas company came out and told us that our area doesn’t even get 7” wcp, it’s ...

Great grill, worth the price
This grill is great quality and easy to assemble. I'm impressed with the cooking on the grill. I've always had lesser expensive grills, and finally splurged on this purchase. The even heating, the ability to hold temperature better and less flaming made me realize what I had been missing the last 25 years of my life.
