Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional quality, durability, and cooking performance. Many report owning multiple units over 10, 20, or even 30 years, with previous models still functioning well after heavy use. Reviewers consistently commend even heat distribution, rapid heating, and precise temperature control, with cast iron grates delivering authentic grill marks and reaching temperatures up to 650 degrees. The sleek design, spacious side tables, and intuitive controls enhance both functionality and outdoor aesthetics. A few report isolated issues like faulty igniters or burner malfunctions, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by overwhelming positive sentiment regarding core performance and longevity.

Sloppy Assembly, But Otherwise Okay
The grill arrived assembled, but the auto-igniter did not work. After discussions on-line and via video phone with Weber, they sent me a replacement igniter electronic module right away, and it arrived within a couple days. The instructions included required practically disassembling and reassembling the entire upper portion of the grill - but happily that proved unnecessary. Just pop out the electronic unit, notice that a wire connector had been jammed in next to its socket rather than put into...

Love my Weber but........
Would RecommendLove my weber but disappointed that you don't sell just the rotisserie rod. I had a summit grill for 15 years. Now have a genesis and the rod is to big.

Great grill
Would RecommendGreat grill, Weber is a well known reliable brand. Having two sides on either end of the grill is Greta for plates etc. if getting a cover, get the 65” one, as the medium, or 55” on le wont fit.

WARNING - Don't trust Lowe's delivery
Would Not RecommendI ordered this grill and it was supposed to be delivered next day. Four days later I'm still waiting for it. Lowes keeps delaying the delivery date. While I'm still waiting for the grill to be delivered, the Lowes website still indicates next day delivery.
