Great grill

Perfect grilling temperature

Almost perfect

Absolutely love this grill! The only thing is it doesn’t have the reader for the propane tank to tell me propane level. Which is slightly frustrating because it wasn’t a cheap grill.

Grill delivery wrong

The grill looks great. We were told it would be out in the back yard on the patio. ITWAS NOT After them canceling our delivery two days in a row not happy about that Grill looks great. It was the assembly and delivery that was so messed up.

One thing missy

The only issue I had was related to a larger quick connect then I had on my house. I have been using Weber’s Gas grills for awhile. It would be nice if you supplied a reducer from this quick connect down to what your previous grills needed

If assembled by Lowe’s make sure everything works

Product is fine, but was delivered with non functioning igniter. So I assume it was never checked after assembly by Lowe’s. I found wiring not properly connected and corrected the problem.

Excellent quality!

I just replaced my 13+ yr old Spirit model due to needing more cooking area and the bottom had rusted out due to me never covering it. My E-415 has been great so far (about a month / 10 uses). I heats fairly quickly and seems to hold temperature well. The grill feels solid, well designed, and well manufactured. It took me about an hour to put together by myself, but the manual and the app with the 3D view of the parts/steps were super easy to follow. I have had more difficulty putting...

LP Tank placement

2 features about the grill make it difficult. One, the placement of the LP tank is impossible for me to lift in and and out. I need to rely on a neighbor to connect and disconnect. An outside connection would be better, especially since the inside cabinet bottom is not sturdy enough to support the tank. Unacceptable Design

Weber grills are amazing but the exposed wiring is awful. This is not what I expect from Weber and can’t believe this design was approved for sale

Ordering parts to repair a grill

I was frustrated by the inability or unwillingness of the person I dealt with to just email the catalog or clear information for me to identify by number, name, cross-reference etc. the parts I wanted so we could get to the order quickly rather than spend a week or more doing an unnecessary dance. Not sure I was being played with or not. Thankfully, I finally received enough limited info to piece together an accurate order. Still waiting on one item that was back ordered.
