What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional quality, durability, and cooking performance. Most highlight solid construction and multi-year ownership, with many reporting decade-old models still functioning perfectly. The sear zone feature stands out as a game-changer, delivering restaurant-quality crusts on steaks, chicken, and vegetables. Reviewers consistently note even heat distribution, quick heating, and superior results. A few report isolated igniter issues or minor vibration concerns, though these rarely diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers express deep loyalty and repeatedly purchase these grills.

Would RecommendJust had this delivered yesterday with free assembly and delivery. Great job on the assembly, and the guys moved it out to my back deck. Before I put a tank in it, I took off the tank bracket and replaced it with the one from my ten-year-old Genesis. Holes lined up perfectly, although I had to rebuild it to accommodate the bracket being on the left instead of the right. Used a paracord to pull the spring hook out to attach it. Then I installed my old rotisserie bracket. Again, perfect alignment....
First Weber (finally!)
Would RecommendFirst Weber and couldn’t be happier. Solid build and having friends and family that have Webers for over 15 years I finally gave up on the cheap wannabe grills. Provides nice even heat across the grill and the searing feature is great. Looking at the griddle option next year. My first natural gas model too. No more tank fills!

Switched from charcoal
Would RecommendAfter years of charcoal it's really nice to have switched to gas and pretty much everything I've cooked so far has turned out really well. The grill itself is very well designed and easy to light, Cleaning the grates and flavor panels is a bit of a chore. My model has a Sear option but none of the instructions I've encountered (including the app) supply information on exactly how to use it (e.g. should it be turned off after searing or for indirect grilling).

Great gas grill
Would RecommendI love the grill. I do wish some of the components weren't plastic as they tend to be the first thing to break eventually but quality of everything is amazing. Highly recommend.

The E325 Fantastic grill
Would RecommendWeber makes solid product, bought the E325 to replace a 20 year old Weber that is still going strong at a new home. Bought this grill because I have weber temp probes and the outdoor burner does not get used. Better to have more surface for multiple platters. Use the grill 2-3 times a week year round. Easy to use, sear burner is a must for steaks, Tuna, shrimp that need 550 degrees for 2-3 min. The porcelain finish is so easy to keep clean, wish more surfaces had it . Just like the old ...
