Why isn't the cabinet area fully enclosed?
Would Not RecommendThe good news is that it cooks really well, the sear section is great and the heat is quite even across the entire surface. The ignition system works nicely. My criticism is that the metal panels don't fully enclose the cabinet below the grill. There is a 6" gap, which means the wiring etc is visible when looking at the side of the grill. Also, it means that rain gets into the cabinet, so you can't store gloves, towels or anything that could get wet. Additionally, the grease tray, fills with wat...

Disappointing
Would Not RecommendAll three burners do not light consistently from day one. Sometimes they light and sometimes they don't. Have had many Weber grills in my lifetime and this is a real disappointment. Will be shopping the competition. Sorry Weber but unless you send a tech out to resolve this issue, you have lost a lifetime customer.

Would RecommendI had a Weber Genesis 3 burner grill for 15 years however, it needed too many replacement parts so, I decided to upgrade and buy a new one. I bought a Genesis 325 grill with a searing burner. The new grill is a lot lighter, much better wheels and very easy to move. I decided to grill a steak and use the searing function. The temperature went upwards to 700 degrees, and the steak was perfectly seared, and delicious. I LOVE THIS GRILL !!!

Nice Grill for BBQing
Would RecommendI’ve used it a few times since it was setup. The BBQ ignites the burners with no problem. And the grilling area gets pretty hot. Used it to cook some Tri-tips after searing them on the grill. Once closed the cover keeps the heat at a constant temperature, so made cooking the tri-tip a breeze. All in all I am pretty satisfied with the purchase.
