Cooking grates were missing
Would Recommendwhen doing the assembly i realized the cooking grates were missing and contacted customer support. they asked me to return the product which I did the same day. They gave me a full refund but now i have to re order the grill and do the assembly again.

Would RecommendThe bbq itself is great heats up fast and cools fast to recover the bbq. The cover that we purchased is good except the straps to hold cover in place are totally useless as they don't stick to each other.

A huge upgrade
Would RecommendHaving had multiple Q model bbq’s and loving them who thought Weber could up there game. The N is on a whole other level. Bigger hood, the 2nd burner through the middle took an outstanding tailgate bbq and made it an all around travel bbq. The removable side wings were a great addition. Highly recommend it
