1st use tonight (4th of July)

I got this a few weeks ago but every-tine I think I can use it it either Rains or something comes up that I have to attend to :( But finally tonight I got to use it! Heats up quick (I'm using the smoke boost function right now Puts off a lot of smoke!!) The burn in only took like 30 min!! So why wast the heat up so doing a couple of racks of ribs! so far so good.

Nice smoker.

I received this smoker already assembled and delivered by Lowes. They did a great job with that part. The smoker works great and the app is also perfect. it was very easy to set up and the temperature is easy to control. There is only one downside which could also be considered an upside; it makes a lot of smoke. We smoked some ribs for about 5 hours a distance from the house, but could still smell smoke in the house a day or two later. So it's great, but makes a lot of smoke if that bothe...

Searwood 600

We had the smoker delivered in bad shape. A wheel was falling off with pin missing and wheel cover missing. We had no manual or probes. Should have checked before it was delivered. I had to wait a few days for the replacement. Wasn't happy.

1st Pellet Grill and Loving it

This was the second one Lowes delivered. My wife and I are convinced that they brought us a returned grill. Lowes made it right and delivered the second one as quickly as possible. I did the initial burn in an then 2 pork butts for 16 hours!

Weber for life

I got this to replace my heavily used Smokefire that I've had over 5yrs. I didn't have issues that people complained about with the Smokefire so I wanted to get the Searwood because of the rotisserie and griddle abilities. Near the end of assembly I had noticed that the hood had a big dent in it, rather than taking it all apart and returning it, I took my chances and contacted Weber to see if they would do anything about it. After reading reviews from others with issues, I didn't expect much....

Excellent Purchase

I purchased this smoker 3 days ago. I did the research on other brands in a price range from $1000 to $2000. I was leaning toward the Traeger Ironwood XL or the Recteq Flagship both were more expensive. Solid temps, reliable for long smokes.

Love the searwood. Smoked a brisket overnight and had no issues. With the sear grate, I can get perfect steaks as well.

Weber Starwood XL Exceeded my Expectations

I did my research and checked out the Traeger Ironwood series, the Reqtec Flagship, and various others and arrived at the Weber. I own a Weber gas and have been very satisfied but I the previous series smoker had some issues. The SEARWOOD XL 600 is spot on was the correct choice. I retired a PitBoss and don’t feel they can compete currently. Hands down best grill I have ever owned…and I have been through several! It maintains temperature well is easily controlled by my phone. Made a mouth watering brisket without any issues.
