Beautiful grill! A few things changed
Would RecommendFrankly I'm slightly mixed on my review. The S 315 looks beautiful with stainless steel lid and grates on the inside (vs porcelain grates). I'm disappointed at the lack of a tank scale included to know how much propane remains also, still dialing in cooking temperatures. When the built in gauge shows 400 degrees, it seems that the actual cooking temp is lower. My previous Genesis seemed to cook hotter when gauge was at 400 and I have a Summit with the same results. Would RecommendI love my new Weber grill! I had my last Weber grill for at least 20 years. I was always able to get replacement parts for it that’s why I had it so long, but after more than 20 years it finally gave out. I knew I would only replace it with a new Weber grill. Quality that’s meant to last!

A great grill for small to medium cooking.
Would Not RecommendThe grill was easy to assemble, easy to use, in a good size for just two people. The temperature range is great for all types of grilling. You can cook low and slow as well as a high heat sear. I like the stainless steel. The grill surface cleans nicely as well.

Great cooking but a bit dissatisfied
Would RecommendSecond Weber I’ve owned, first grill lasted 28 years. The new Genesis Grill performs well with respect to cooking but I’m disappointed with the finish of the upper surrounding shelf material. An odd almost rust looking spots have developed on the LHS that will not clean off. The grill is covered 100% of the time unless I’m cooking.
