Redesign is not helpful
Would RecommendWeber charcoal grills are sturdy and work well. I have been a Weber charcoal grill user for a couple of decades. However I bought a new one this spring and two aspects have been redesigned. The ash catcher now has a handle which has to be squeezed to disengage from its holder. It is very difficult to squeeze hard enough if your hand strength is diminished in any way. I can use a pliers to squeeze it hard enough to loosen it, but then I don't have enough hands to squeeze the plier, hold the ...

Would RecommendI have owned and used Weber grills for many years. They have cooked many steaks, hamburgers, hots and sausage rain, snow, shine. My small kettles have traveled with me for camping and picnics. Yes, I have had gas grills but nothing comes near to the taste of meat grilled over charcoal.
