Would RecommendI have owned several Weber 22 Kettles over 30 Years. This grill is very versatile and you can expect years of performance. The Chrome Grill Grate is less than optimal. After time the Chrome flakes and exposes the Steel which will rust. I moved to a 22” Stainless Steel Grill Grate (Amazon) that remains Rust free after 13 Years.

A very dynamic grill. The design and available accessories allow you to smoke low and slow or grill hot and fast. There are a ton of videos on the internet make mastering temperature control a breeze. The Weber 22-inch kettle is well worth the money.

Same Quality, Same Performance
Would RecommendMy Dad taught me to grill on a Weber kettle in the early ‘70s. That’s all I’ve ever used. I’ve been through two grills since I got my own in ‘88. This new one is exactly what wanted…same quality, same performance. This is the first one with a thermometer in the lid and ash removal mechanism, which is so handy. Funny that after using Weber kettles for so long, the thermometer is for information only. All the same timings work perfectly on the new grill.

Awesome Grill
Would RecommendExcellent Grill, I have been grilling non-stop every weekend since May 23, 2026. It is easy to clean and the thermometer is very useful with keeping a constant temp and monitoring without opening the grill. I will continue to use it year round.
