Would RecommendThis is my 3rd Smokey Joe grill. It was harder to find this time around. I ordered a name brand tabletop grill, but it was cheap and flimsy. I gifted my daughter the 2nd Smokey Joe some years ago, and she cooked on it until it finally rusted from the elements, which took some years! This is a sturdy grill that gets very hot and cooks fabulously.

Would RecommendNice size for RV cooking. The reason for the three stars has to do with not being able to secure the lid to the base to put in the Weber caring bag or simply moving the grill around, no handles. I have another small Weber grill, but it did not have the bottom vent which affected the charcoal going out prematurely. But it has a lid handle lock and therefore can be moved around. Wouldn’t it be nice if the best features of both could be in one.

Would Not RecommendThe cooking grill was unstable on the inner lip. Either the grill was too small or the inner lip the grill rests on wasn't wide enough. I had to add 3 washers equally to make up for the gap.
