Ratings & Reviews for Wagner Flexio 3500 Electric Handheld HVLP Paint Sprayer (Compatible with Stains)

Dependable product

Paint flows smoothly; small and larger projects. Easy to operate and clean up.

So much better than brush and rolling

We had to prime and paint 47 cabinet doors and drawer fronts which my wife used to do as a job, but she would brush and roll. She did an excellent job which rivaled spraying without the hassle, but for this job we bought the Wagner FLEXiO 3500 and boy are we happy. Now, we are using the new Sherwin Williams Gallery Series professional spray paint and primer, and combining that with this sprayer, what a job it did. We broke it up into two workloads because we didn't have the drying space, but ...

Time-Efficient Sprayer

Smooth and fast paint application. All of the options in variability make projects much more efficient. Unfortunately, this causes concerns for more potential parts failing so I approached the cleaning process thoroughly. Please follow cleaning instructions carefully to ensure long-term usage.

Flexio 3500 Electric Handheld Paint Sprayer

Works well and is easy to use

Works great! Much improved over past models.

I bought the Flexio 3500 kit which includes a fine and a coarse sprayer. I used the fine sprayer to paint new, unfinished, kitchen cabinet doors. They came out great! I thinned the paint, per the paint manufacturer's instructions and used a filter to be sure the paint had no lumps. I sanded with steel wool between coats and the finish came out very professional. I affixed a wet sponge to the sprayer nozzle between coats (with rubber bands). Cleanup was easy (about 15 minutes) and the sprayer ...

Too heavy!

It was to heavy when trying to spray ceiling. You had to keep filling it up in order to get it to spray. ,

Great product and easy to use

Easy set up and use.

Worked Great Staining My Board on Board Fence

I have a board on board style fence around my backyard. This sprayer made it very easy to apply the stain once I get the flow and coverage down. The only downside to this sprayer is the cleanup is a little longer than I prefer do the various angles and shape of the equipment. For the money, this saved me a lot of time and allowed me to complete the project on my own.

great sprayer

I have used it to spray paint and polyurethane and both worked great with the sprayer

Mixed thoughts

This is a nice paint gun for small jobs. The questions is durability. The first one that we got died after 5 short uses so we are trying another. I will give it three stars because it was a nice gun and easy to clean. If you do get it, get some of the cup liners. They will save you a bunch of time cleaning up. I hope this second lasts longer than the first.
