Don’t hesitate get fhis wallpaper steamer!

Amazing and amazingly simple product. We struggled for two hours with just a scorer and hot water with vinegar. We hardly made any progress on removing paper. We decided that we need help and bought this steamer the same day. Within two hours of using this steamer we had the paper off of the walls, and the walls cleaned with warm water. A great little machine for the money. We have a lot of wallpaper to remove and it looks like it’s going to be a snap.

Works as expected with a very good run time for the tank size. Only draw back is that it takes about 15 minutes to heat up to usable temp and has a tendency to sputter.

Glazing remover

I had two layers of wallpaper to remove. Scoring the wallpaper and spraying with chemicals with taking hours. I purchase the Wagner steamer and the paper started coming off in minutes. It's a little messy with the water but it's easy clean up.

Worked as advertised. Saved me a lot of work removing an old wall paper border. No need to use chemicals. Easy clean up. If you have a large project you might want to rent a commercial grade unit but this one works well for smaller jobs.

Worked like a Charm

I bought this to remove 5 layers of Wallpaper from a few rooms in a 97 year old house. It worked great. I found that I could remove the paper and glue faster if I held the power steamer wand over the area I was working on for more than the 15 seconds recommended. (more like 20 to 30) I would recommend using yard gloves (or thicker) when using the smaller attachment in confined areas simply because the steam runs up the side of the smaller attachment and can heat your hand up quickly. this maybe ...

Good Value

Great performance for the price. Beats a couple day rental. Bought it after all other types of wetting failed. Unfortunately, this wallpaper is sooo stubborn that in order to get it all off, we had to steam to the point of drywall surface damage. One wall got done. After I get done repairing the surface, the rest is getting painted over.

Excellent steamer

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Never again will I use anything else but a Steamer to remove wall paper.

Works great. Works better and quicker than spraying glue remover and wiping off. Very good tool for do it yourselfer.

This item was a lifesaver for us, made short work of a big stubborn project. Removed old wallpaper with ease when nothing else worked. Well worth the money.

Better than a rental

This steamer has been amazing. I inquired about renting one at Home Depot, but when I did more research on cost of owning vs rental it was no contest. I can work at my own pace—let’s face it, wallpaper removal isn’t the most simulating activity—and I’ve saved a fair amount of money. I have been removing painted wallpaper from our kitchen and I couldn’t have done it without this Wagner steamer.

I had the previous model and loved it. This one is so different and don't care for it at all. The hose is way to stiff and refilling the tank is very hard to do. Will not buy another. It does well as far as steam production goes,

Surprised

I really thought that I was going to be returning this because it wouldn’t be able to do anything as advertised. Honestly surprised at how well it worked. So far 2 standard sized rooms with half of each wall, wallpapered knocked out and my kitchen and Corey left to go. Each so far 10-15 minutes each wall with scraping off top layer of wallpaper.
