Would Not RecommendThey are not applying enough contact cement during the manufacturing process such that the waterfall edge started delaminating within 1 day of my installation. It was also coming unglued on top of the waterfall edge so I had to remove it and get another product.

They told me that they wouldn't be able to get a new one to me until after the holidays but I needed to return this one before they would send the new one. Would RecommendI wanted a new counter that wouldn’t show any stains from kids, was affordable but also pretty. This was my first choice and I’m glad I stuck with it. I like that it won’t show stains but it’s not too busy. It’s easy to keep clean which was also important to me. Very easy for my husband to install.

Factory miter joining slots cut wrong
Would Not RecommendPurchased a left and right miter Ouro Romano countertop set. AFTER putting 8 hours of work into hauling them home, cutting them, cutting out the sink hole, etc., I discover the miter joining slots on the underside of the countertops did not align. They were off by an inch or more. Lowe’s manager was of no real help. He said I had to return the countertops to get a refund, photos would not do. I told him every countertop in the store would need to be checked for this error so that other people do...
