What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these anchors for exceptional holding power, durability, and effortless installation. Most highlight their ability to secure trampolines, gazebos, and tents through 30+ mph winds and hurricane conditions without budging. Reviewers appreciate the sharp spiral design that screws into ground easily, the low-profile nature allowing lawn mowing overhead, and the bright orange visibility. The heavy-duty metal construction earns consistent praise for outperforming cheaper alternatives. A few report installation challenges in rocky soil or note the 8-inch length as slightly short, but these rare concerns are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Would RecommendGreat product that was very easy to use. I found a stick about the same size as the loop on the top an used it to twist the stake down. It has held well and didn't have any issues with the roots that were in the ground. The price was a bit expensive but I wasn't able to find any other substitutes.
Great product
Would RecommendThese are very sturdy and have a sharp point making it easy to get in the ground.
Excellent tie down anchors.
Would RecommendThese really work great. 100% better than those plastic screw type anchors... I've had pets snap those and have snapped them while screwing them in. These screw in easily because of the sharp point and corkscrew design. Impossible to pull out of snap. The 8" length is plenty strong and deep for practically any purpose I can think of.

8” Landscape Stakes
Would RecommendThis item was just the right length and strength to tie down a gazebo
VORTEX 8-in Steel Folding Ring Spiral Anchor
Would RecommendThese VORTEX Ring Spiral anchors work GREAT. I first bought some at Harbor Freight... The first one broke while screwing it in the ground. Of course, the metal was not as big in diameter, so I'll have to consider that, and they didn't have the ring either. Anyway, these VORTEX Ring Spiral Anchors work like a charm.

Low quality
Would Not RecommendThe paint chipped off of this thing while I was installing it into the ground with my bare hands. Low quality paint job. The coil is constructed in a way where it disrupts a lot of soil and actually makes it way harder for it to stay in the ground when compared to other similar stakes. This one is going back - it's not at all the quality I'd expect for the price.
So far so good
Would RecommendWe purchased the 8 inch model to drive into our hard clay-like soil here on our front patio and we will use it to secure our front patio chairs at the flower bed. We have had some recent larceny issues in our neighborhood. The unit seems pretty hefty and good quality as well as a good paint finish. I used a foot-long half-inch galvanized pipe as a handle through the D ring to provide driving torque as well as to exert downward pressure to get it to drive in properly. There were no one instructio...

Does what it is supposed to
Would RecommendI am using this as an anchor for straightening a young tree that the wind has blown over. Well-made and holds tight.
These are the only reason our trampoline survives.
Would RecommendBought a couple to anchor down the kids' trampoline in the back yard and they've done the job flawlessly. We live in northern Colorado and the winds can be brutal at times.
Hurricane necessity
Would RecommendWe used several to help tie down a gazebo and play set for Hurricane Dorian! So great full that they held well with no damage to our items!
Sturdy but hard to get started if the ground is dry.
Great Stakes I highly recommend these.
Would RecommendI bought 4 of the 8” landscape stakes to anchor my 13’x13’ pop up tent, screwed them into the ground at all 4 corners, these are very tightly secured in the dirt. I ran 1/16” coated cables from the top 4 corners down to turnbuckles attached to the anchor, tightened all 4 corners & pop up tent is snug & will not move
