Moles no more
Would RecommendI have been having mole problems since the neighbor behind me decided not to mow backyard. They were in my backyard and my landscaping in front yard. I bought both battery operated and solar. The battery operated works great i put then in the ground. I checked a couple of hours latet and the moles had exited at the corner of my yard must have been two cuz it was a Y tunnel exiting my yard. Hopefully will be someone else’s problem.

Just put it in the ground. Hard to tell if it's doing any good. I'll give it another star if it works, if not I'll be subtracting stars.

Is not an effective repellent
Would Not RecommendI bought these a few weeks ago in hopes that whatever is digging tunnels throughout my yard would be discouraged from residing here but apparently it loves them! The little critter is digging literally an inch or two away from them. My hopes have been destroyed and this "repellent" was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this at all unless you would like to attract the little buggers.

Don’t waste your money
Would Not RecommendI have had these in for about two months now, and my mole/gopher problem has gotten worse. The moles and/or gophers make mounds within a few feet of the sonic spike even though I can hear it chirping every 30 seconds. If anything, they seem attracted to it. A complete waste of $30 (plus batteries). I installed in August so cold temperatures are not a factor.
