What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise paint samples for accurate color testing before full purchase, with most noting colors match exactly what was shown online or in-store. Reviewers consistently highlight excellent coverage and smooth application, achieving full opacity in one or two coats. The compact sample size is celebrated as ideal for testing multiple locations and small projects, with many reusing leftover paint for touch-ups. A small number report inconsistent coverage or minor color discrepancies, and a few find sample pricing steep. Overall, most customers consider samples invaluable for confident color decisions and avoiding costly mistakes.

Adhesion, drying is very bad. Applied to wood, it was sticky even after 2-3 days and started came out as a strip even with minor scratch.
Good average paint for most people
Would RecommendI have purchased at least 8 of these, probably more and love them. Its a generous amount of paint to test the wall or use on small paint projects. It dries aftrer a few hours and has a nice sheen (i use satin). Have only been in my house one year so cant speak to how it fade resistance and adheres other than so far so good.
Great coverage!
Would RecommendI bought this sample to see how I liked the color on my mantle and electric fireplace. The coverage is great, only one coat is needed. The satin texture was smooth and easy to clean. Drying time was pretty fast.
Great Paint!
Would RecommendI love this paint because it doesn’t splatter when you’re using a roller. Great coverage.
Wedding DIY Savior
Would RecommendI was working on a DIY project for my wedding this week. I needed a color match to use for certain parts of the project. The worker at the paint desk color matched my paint sample perfectly. I have a bottle of the valspar and Sherwin Williams sample bottles. Both have been great to use for painting in my DIY wedding projects compared to regular store paints. The paint stuck to the surfaces I was painting very well. It also did not take very long for the pain to dry. I was able to apply extra coa...
Worked decent
Would RecommendDid what it described. Nothing bad nothing great. Would buy again
Great Paint
Would RecommendGreat paint.
Nothing wrong with the paint
Would RecommendThe paint itself isn't bad. Im not happy that I couldn't purchase a smaller sample. I bought three and didn't like the colors once they were applied so I spent over $20 and ended up having to go with a different color anyway. And I really am not happy that there is no option other than self checkout

Difficult application makes utility questionable
Would Not RecommendAdhesion and coverage is poor regardless of what applicator you use (I tried a foam brush, a paint roller, and a regular paintbrush) you still get spotty/streaky coverage that makes it difficult to really see what the color will eventually look like. It is very easy to wipe off with a damp paper towel or Clorox wipe though, if you’re concerned about removal. Honestly, I’d suggest just grabbing the smallest container of the paint you actually want to use and just get that instead. It’s a massive ...
