Awesome coverage

I read some reviews and they were good, so I tried this out. At $13 this is worth every penny. It gives a great thick and smooth prime and dries pretty quick. I can be tinted, so that was a plus for me. This is much better than the countless other drywall primers I've used, and hands down it will be the only one I'll use from now on.

Great product and looks good

This was used to seal new dry wall and surprisingly it alone looked good prior to top coating. It has easy application and drys fast.

Great-bare drywall Bad-painted walls

On fresh drywall, Covered evenly, only needed 1 coat. On a previously painted wall, I gently washed it, the paint flaked off, like dried frosting.

Better than the Valspar Ceiling paint!

We had a fresh skim coat hand laid on our ceilings to cover up old knock-down texture which could not be scraped off. We then primed with 2 coats of this primer and it looked great. Of course we then followed with a true ceiling paint (Valspar Ceiling paint) and it looked terrible. You could see every roller mark and which way the contractor's sander had moved across the ceiling. After trying one other high end ceiling paint (Pittsburgh), we went back to this. FINALLY the ceiling looked amazing ...

Primer

Went on smoothly, but it wasn’t as thick as others I have used so the walls I painted ended up with 2 coats of primer.

Painting basement

We used this paint with a paint sprayer and it covered very well in one coat.

Great Primer

Primer covers and seals raw drywall very well. Paint went on with one coat. This saved me from having to apply multiple coats of paint. Always a win in my book

Great coverage

Use this product for drywall primer and regular primer. Like it’s coverage and works especially great when needing to cover imperfections on walls. Because this product is sandable and smoothies out imperfections.
