Something seems amiss. As a veteran, whenever I select the veteran discount & put my phone number in the register, I get a clear notice saying my name & that I am a VERIFIED veteran. But I don’t get the veterans discount because there is another notice saying I need to be VERIFIED. Lowe’s has worn me out having to register & show identification every time I shop which requires me to wait for a clerk to check my ID & override the system.
