What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the fan's powerful airflow and robust construction, with many confirming its 12,000 CFM output effectively ventilates large garages and workshops. The 36-inch size, two-speed settings, and wheeled mobility are frequently highlighted as valuable features. However, a substantial portion report the noise level is excessive and unbearable, even on low setting, which significantly undermines usability for many. Some note receiving damaged units or assembly issues. Despite strong performance, the noise complaint creates a clear divide in satisfaction, though most customers still consider the powerful airflow worthwhile for large spaces.

Moves some air!

 Would Recommend

Moves a lot of air - helps a great deal on these super hot days in the shop - you won’t regret it!

Poor Air Flow

 Would Not Recommend

Given the size of the fan, we expected much better, more directional air flow. The fan blades seem to be a poor design. The air comes out in every direction, up and to the sides with a modest breeze flowing to the front. It would seem like someone needs to do some engineering work on this product to make it more effective.

Gabriel Culiat fan

 Would Recommend

This is an amazing fan. It cools a hot room and circulates air pretty efficiently

Great purchase

 Would Recommend

This fan runs off a motor. Some similar fans use a belt that constantly comes off. Two speeds that will blow you away. No need for a bigger one!

This would be great for a workshop

Too noisy. I had to trade it in for a smaller one.

Not good

Does not produce air as expected from utilitech. I have 2- 20" utiilitech fans that produce so much more air flow then this 36" does. I will be returning this one and searching for another large fan elsewhere. Sorry Utiltech, much disappointed in this one.

Came with a big dent in the side.

 Would Not Recommend

It works well but came with a torn box and large dent in the side. I need it and it still worked but it looks bad.
