Would RecommendI have purchased 15 or more of this particular light. These are wonderful for positioning an extra light for working on almost anything. There are two main issues I have, 1 the reflector is very soft metal and bends and dents very easily. 2 the screw and tighten mechanism only really works if you have a light lite bulb. A heavier bulb will twist the screw no matter how tight you try to tighten it.
Serves its purpose for reptile heating
Would Not RecommendI have a couple of these types of work lights; used for reptile cage for my bearded dragon. This particular one keeps coming apart. There is a threaded ring that is in place to keep the silver dome connected to the light socket. For some reason, it keeps coming loose, and it appears not to tighten very well. As the review title states, it serves its purpose, but I would buy another brand if I need another portable work light.

Adequate
Would RecommendAdequate for small jobs but repeated use will cause failure
Works great!
Would RecommendI needed some more task lighting in my shop to light up a dark corner and this did the trick perfectly.
The perfect size for my project
Would RecommendThis flood light holder/ clamp on cone light worked out perfect for my project of building a lamp out of an old transit and wood tripod. I am very pleased with it.
Love it
Would RecommendIt solved my problem with needing to put grow lights on my flowers indoors over the winter. Good product.
Very nice except...
Would RecommendVery nice housing and not made cheaply, however, make sure you have all the hardware that comes with it. The clamp was separated from fixture and did not realize there was a missing piece.
Basic work light
Would RecommendBought this for an extra light in my attic. Worked very well with good coverage of a back area.
Good Design
Would RecommendThe reflector is deep enough to hold a light bulb without it extending past the end of it. This allows setting it down without the bulb touching the floor and breaking. The smaller diameter allows it to be used in tighter places like under sinks. I'm using an LED bulb so get a lot of light with much less heat than an incandescent bulb. The switch seems well-made with a good cord.

Good value for the cost.
Would RecommendI have just purchased two of them for indoor video lighting. Using CFL 23 watts @ 5000K bulbs they do a great job and give out plenty of light for the purpose that I am using them for. No heat generated from them, making it easier to handle also to relocate and adjust the light as needed. I will need to purchase two more of the larger ones to complete my lighting system. It wold be great if they had longer cords on them, twelve feet would be perfect.
Comes In Handy
Would RecommendNice portable light for the shop, though metal cover gets VERY hot

Cheap, cheap, cheap
Would Not RecommendVery thin metal reflector, so bends/dents very easily. I ordered online to pick up in store. I had them exchange 2 of them immediately because they were bent/dented. Plastic socket is also cheap. 1 out of 6 of them have broken already on their first use.
