I’m using this timer to control my instant hot water circulation pump. Works great turning off my hot water when I leave in the morning and on again before I return home in the evening. Saves energy and even allows me to use a different time setting for the weekend.

Caution!

This purchase is number 2 for me. For some reason the digits disappear over time. This one started as soon as I opened it. I now own the analog version with the push pins. Not quite as accurate, but totally dependable.

Works but....

This product works but is terribly hard to use/program. I had to do a YouTube search and found the manufacturer posted a video on how to set it up.

this product works as it says it does. the only bad part is instaed of using hours it uses minutes to set times

Does not work.

I programmed 2 on / off cycles for 7 days a week. One for the morning and one for late afternoon. The morning cycle works fine but the afternoon cycle doesn’t shut off some days. Some days it does. I have re-programmed multiple times. It just doesn’t work right.

Fully Functional Timer

Works like it's supposed to. I used it for the random function for a light when i went on vacation.

You get what you pay for

This timer was bad from the start. I couldn’t set the time because number wouldn’t advance press the button as per instruction I even push the reset button and it just wouldn’t work.

hard to program even when you get the process down. So far this year I have purchased 8 of these, of the 3 that work, none keep time. but that wasn't that important so I just bought 5 more, and within 2 weeks i have returned all 5. all with different issues, some defective right out of the package, from going back to zero after losing program after a few days, digital number bars not working, days settings not working, program setting not working. like i said i woulda better off to bet at ...

Faulty Product

Purchased a month ago to power on and off a hot water recycling unit attached to single family water heater. The timer resets itself and flashes zeros. Reprogrammed twice and it happened again so it's going back to Lowe's. Last timer (Intermatic) lasted 10 years.

Timer

Tripped everyday, and wont keep anything on memory you will have to set settings again everyday. Not worth not only the money but your time

Does not ever turn off while plugged in.

I do not recommend this timer. It is not too difficult to program, although you do have to pay attention to the instructions, but the timer will not shut off at the programmed time while it is plugged in to the wall outlet. I purchased two of them and they both did the same thing. If you unplug it from the wall outlet after the programmed "off" time, it will stay off when plugged back in, but will not shut off by itself. Terrible timer

I have tried to set this timer several times. It is impossible to figure out. It is not intuitive at all. Which is amazing for a timer which is supposed to be an incredibly simple device. After five tries I still cannot figure out how to work it even after looking at YouTube videos. I would never buy this again. Review a review timer

Way too hard to program

Wanted a grounded outlet indoor timer, but this was way too difficult to program. Will buy the outdoor 3 grounded digital for when I need it
