Would RecommendGood bright LED light with multiple hue options. I like the ability to change the hue of the light to best accommodate other lights in the area. In a kitchen, the bright white light is nice for illuminating the area. In a family area, a softer hue may better suit the area. Takes up minimal room, and is only about an inch thick.

Installation is a nightmare!
Would Not RecommendThis light works fine. Installation, however, is either a two person job, or requires some kind of jury rigging to hold the light in place while you are wiring it. Ceiling fans have it figured out, why can't LED lights?
Great
Would Recommendbright / easy to install / great to be able to adjust the light color hue

Great Light - Hard to handle when wiring.
Would RecommendGood: Clean low profile look, adjustable color temp. Improve: Add installation hook to suspend large cumbersome light below ceiling box while connecting wiring. I improvised using a piece of coat-hanger wire. This light is bright, but a 4K+ lumen version offered in same size would be nice.

Poor wall anchors
Would RecommendThe light itself is good but the quality of the four included wall anchors is very poor. Had to use my own after several failed attempts. Turned a one hour job into two.
