Very bright and they have a matte finish over the lens which I think looks very good. The packaging was also very good.

Fragile garbage
Would Not RecommendFragile will not buy again. The new textured surface does not permit suction cup for the installation pole to grab on. Essentially you have to balance it on the suction cup. This results in them hitting the ground. Two of them were damaged and had to be thrown out. I managed to balance three out of the four and gave up on the 4th because I had already destroyed two of the bulbs. What a stupid idea
