Great heater

We've had this heater for over 5 years and it's still going strong and keeps our living room nice and toasty. If this one ever goes bad, I would definitely buy another one just like it. Utilitech puts out good products.

That it is a good heater.

That it kept me warm. I was stand by it and I could feel the warmth on my leg. I am cold nature so I really love this heater.

Ultra-quiet has to be an inside joke

This thing is so loud on the lowest setting you have to raise your voice to talk to people in the same room. Why call it ultra-quiet, except to laugh at the customers? Also every time it turns on, it trips my GFCI outlet.

Heats great and it's quiet

Be aware of poor packaging that results in damage.

It took me three heaters before I got one that was in good condition. These heaters do not have enough protection securing them in the box. They should have foam insulation around the heater to prevent the damage incurred on the first two heaters I bought. Otherwise heater works as expected.

Works great

I use this in my uninsulated garage workshop and it works quite well. Since it uses radiant heat instead of a more powerful fan, it doesn't blow around the sawdust.

Not recommended for large rooms

Good for direct heat.

Just follow the instructions about it's use.
