Ratings & Reviews for Utilitech 1500 -Watt Infrared quartz Tower Indoor Electric Space Heater with Thermostat

Working well

The manual is extremely basic, and I’m not sure totally correct. However, it’s not too noisy, puts out a lot of heat, and the big buttons are very user-friendly. And my dog seems to be a fan, which of course is the most important factor.

Quartz Heater

I purchased this heater for my 20' x 14' living room to keep us warm during the day and not have to run our electric central heater at the normal temperature. It surpassed me expectations! Not only our living room is very warm but our kitchen and dining room as well. You do notice the difference when you walk out our living room. I do like you can select 1, 2 or all 3 elements, very smart feature. Also, I picked it up to confirm the tip safety switch and it does react as it was built to do, it...

Great Quarts Force air Heater

A Very, Very Good Quartz 1500 watt forced air heater, keeps bedroom warm even in the coldest days

heats up quick yes/heat distance poor!

it heats up quick and smells like burning paint! to feel the heat you might as well be laying on it! For as much power it draws, it doesn't meet expectations. if you plan on having it in your face in a very small area, or under your desk for your feet; than yes, have at it. not "space" heater!

Toasty warm, reliable and long lasting

Only portable heater I will buy! Cranks out the heat and I have had one for 4 years and still runs like a champ. I highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed! Run 2 on different circuits and your home will be very comfortable. If your circuit breaker goes off it is not the heater - you may have too much running on a breaker or not enough amps on it to handle the heater.

Bad brand

Bought to replace what turned out a heater that didn't heat... turns out they're the same brand. This one trips the breaker instantly. Don't waste your time or money.

Great space heater, works fast and has three heat settings.
