Kinks out of control
Would Not RecommendThe kinks (twisting) are so bad that wires have been exposed in more than 5 different places. The outer casing breaks first (started kinking after about 20 uses - mowing lawn) and then the wire casing breaks (exposing wires). The company needs to address this issue before I buy this brand again. I have bought other brands and have never had this type of twisting issue to this degree.

Lousy customer service
When I arrived at store customer service representative just yelled 'put phone next to the scanner ' . Did not bother to help in any way. The third time she yelled she sounded very annoyed. After about 10 minutes of no success at entering code, another representative scanned bar code, then said that I should have come to counter instead of lockers. To her, I say well done!
