What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the railing's stunning appearance, with white and black color combinations creating a premium, modern aesthetic that transforms decks. Installation is consistently described as easy and DIY-friendly, with clear instructions and pre-assembled components making assembly straightforward. The composite material is praised for durability, resisting weathering and fading without maintenance. Some report minor issues like rattling balusters or misaligned holes, though most still rate the product highly, finding aesthetic and installation benefits outweigh these concerns.

Would Not RecommendThe bottom rail showed 4 inch crack ONLY after 2 weeks installation. It is so bad that I can't uninstall it myself. Otherwise I can return it to store. We bought Trex product becase of its reputation/quality, but this time we are etreamely disappointed.

Poorly designed
Would Not RecommendThe brackets only hold the bottom. When you tighten the (garbage screws) it pulls the top of the rail away from the post. You have to be dead on in your measurement as there is NO room for error. Wrong cut, have to buy a whole new complete kit. Would not ever buy this again.

Suprised how easily the finish is marred
Would Not RecommendProduct arrived with the exterior box in half and both top and bottom rail all scratched up. Some damage clearly from how they shipped it but nearly every piece had a blemish on it. Makes you concerned about longevity of product with even minimal use.
