What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the natural wood-like appearance, color consistency, and durability of this composite decking. The toasted sand color receives extensive praise for its richness and versatility, with reviewers appreciating the uniform texture across boards. Many express confidence the material will last decades, resisting rot, splintering, and fading without staining or sealing required. Installation is frequently noted as straightforward and easy to cut. A few mention the material gets hot in direct sunlight and can be slippery compared to wood, though most consider these minor trade-offs for the low-maintenance performance and aesthetic appeal.

Make sure what you received is what you ordered
Color is darker gray, different from the rest of the rocky harbor I ordered/received. (could it be clam shell?)

Beautiful and functional
Would RecommendGreat material, looks amazing and just spray with a hose or sweep it and it looks and feels good. Like any composite, it can get hot in direct sun. I'm very pleased with it so far.

Love its textures
Would RecommendGreat product love its textures and very easy to work with. The grey is a lot lighter once you see it in the sun but it makes all of the other colors pop out more

Love my Deck
Would RecommendThe product is great! Installs beautiful. When you order the 16” size check your entire lot to make sure it matches. Second batch ordered had 6 planks of the wrong color. Since it takes no less than 14 days or more lead time the sooner the better. That is a distributor mistake not Lowes.

Manufacturing defect
Would Not RecommendOne of the 16' Trex boards had a hole in it. It was obviously a manufacturing defect. Since I had to order and wait for the boards, I'll have to use it anyway and try to put the hole in a less conspicuous spot. I'll probably fill it with caulking.
