What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the wood-like appearance, particularly the Toasted Sand finish, and highlight easy installation with clean cuts and minimal splintering. The low-maintenance, rot-resistant construction and long-lasting durability are valued as major advantages over traditional wood. Most find it a worthwhile investment for outdoor spaces. A few report minor issues like warping, inconsistent board widths, or slipperiness when wet, but these concerns are far outweighed by strong satisfaction with performance and aesthetics.

Great Product
Would RecommendHigh quality product that cuts cleanly and really upgrades the look of my deck. The 16 foot length allowed me to minimize waste when I cut to fit my existing stairway.

Easy to install make sure you squeeze the plak. I
Would RecommendThe most economical composite solution that gets the job done. Perfect for well shaded areas as it avoids the heat reflection issue common with composites. There are other sister products for those situations, and you can't beat the economics of this option where it excels.

Damaged Order and Nobody Cares
Would Not RecommendI had composite decking boards delivered and several of them arrived damaged. That’s frustrating enough, but what’s worse is the complete lack of follow-up from customer service. I’ve called multiple times, been put on hold for 10+ minutes each time, and told I’d receive a callback—yet no one ever follows through. At this point, it feels like no one actually wants to resolve the issue. This is not just poor service, it’s unprofessional. When you’re spending this kind of money on materials, you e...
