Would Not RecommendOrdered for home delivery. 3 were delivered damage. Lowe's should never have sent the problematic product to me. Besides the damage, the boards are highly variable in fundamental color. The 16, 12 and 8 foot Toasted Sand are all very, very different browns. Some variability is great, but these don't match at all.

Great product - check lot numbers when purchasing
Would RecommendThe trex boards are great. Our problem was we ordered 90 boards for delivery. Apparently Lowes does not check the lot numbers when pulling the boards as we received 2 different color of boards. Of course they were all wrapped up, so we did not discover this until mid install. The process to return the mis-matched boards, find replacement boards, get refunds, etc was not that great of an experience. The assistant manager was rude and not helpful. So moral of the story - pick your boards your...

Expect better fot the price
Would RecommendNot only was the order delayed by three weeks but out of 49 boards, 2 were damaged. I was still able to use them but at the price (a little over $4000) i expect them all to be perfect. Many of the boards also had a slight warp at the ends. I could not check them on arrival as they were in a bundle, and the only reason I chose delivery was that at 16ft I could not transport them myself. Again i was able to use them but i would think again before using lowes for this product.

Warping
Lowe's contractor installed Trex decking in 2022. This year all of the side boards on the deck have warped even though I was assured this would not occur. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lowe's to see who and how to contact someone to help. It has been thirty days and still I have not been able to contact anyone. Store customer service gave me a number to call but it is out of service. This was a very huge investment for me. I was so pleased with it until 18 months later. It is shameful that ...
