The wrong color was delivered to us and I didn’t realize it until my wife noticed it, after I installed it. Lowe’s gave us a $50.00 gift card for our inconvenience; but now we’re stuck with the wrong color. This was after we spent $80.00 for delivery. Very disappointed with their decision.

They texted at 6am delivery day to say they weren’t coming, found out the next day their delivery truck was double booked and that’s why I was bumped. I had taken the day off to be there for delivery and was charged a $79 delivery charge as well. Thanks, Lowe’s.
