Off color
I love the functionality of the product. However, the color chart needs to be more accurate. The picture and pamphlet had this color with some brown tones. This is light gray. Straight gray. Nothing brown about it. Disappointed in the color after receiving it.

Easy online order and pickup
Would RecommendI have found that if you order one day and pick up the next day everything will go smoothly. Don't try to rush the online order and pick up process. This was my third order for additional Trex as the deck required much more than originally calculated. The Trex is fine, but different colors are carried at only a few Lowes stores which then involves checking on availability and driving around town to the Lowes which has that color in stock.
