What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its exceptional appearance, durability, and ease of installation. The Saddle color stands out for its rich, deep brown tone and versatility with various home styles. Reviewers highlight the sturdy, solid construction, weather resistance, and 95% recycled material composition as key strengths. The wood-like texture and splinter-free surface appeal to many, while the flexible, manageable weight and grooved underside make installation accessible for homeowners. The non-slip surface adds practical value. A few note minor concerns like boards warming in direct sunlight or requiring end trimming, but these isolated issues are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, customers strongly recommend this product.

Trex really isn’t that great…
Would Not RecommendAt least 6” must be trimmed from ends to avoid the bows. The boards “ramp up” on joints causing a high spot that never quite flattens out. I lost a lot of material because of this. I also found a bubble appear 1 day after installation. To replace one board, all that come before it need to be pulled up as well when using the hidden fasteners. Inconsistent widths, ripples, and more warp than a regular deck board. Very disappointed with this product. Not the durability and sturdiness that is adver...

This is a sample
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this sample, as I am an interior consultant, I wanted something to show clients when recommending this product. As this is just a sample, it serves its purpose. This did not come with any literature about the product, or its cost.

Looks Great!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks like a good improvement over earlier generations of Trex. The color coating is quite deep, and if scratched, holds its color well. The texture looks more like wood grain than some older Trex I have installed on my deck stairs, so this will be less slick when wet. This very solid, and I am hopeful that it will have outstanding durability.

Sturdy, Nice Color
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trex Enhance Composite Decking... requested & received a 1 ft. sample in the 'saddle' color. was surprised to see that the color ran very deep thru the decking piece. It was thicker, a sturdier feel than other brands of composite decking that I have been researching.

Saddle color decking
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the color, texture and thickness of the decking material. Best part is you can’t get splinters from this.
