What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its exceptional appearance, durability, and ease of installation. The Saddle color stands out for its rich, deep brown tone and versatility with various home styles. Reviewers highlight the sturdy, solid construction, weather resistance, and 95% recycled material composition as key strengths. The wood-like texture and splinter-free surface appeal to many, while the flexible, manageable weight and grooved underside make installation accessible for homeowners. The non-slip surface adds practical value. A few note minor concerns like boards warming in direct sunlight or requiring end trimming, but these isolated issues are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, customers strongly recommend this product.

Good product, not so good customer service
Would RecommendThe Trex product seems to be an excellent product, no complaints so far with that. Lowe’s customer service however, is lacking a bit. The night before, no delivery window is sent. The next day, no delivery window is sent. I wait around all morning , no contact from Lowe’s on when my delivery is coming. Now...

Looks great
Would RecommendThe color was exactly what was wanted. All the boards were straight and consistent. Just have to make sure you stay under 12in on center with the joist or it will sag

Good product
Would RecommendThe boards that I purchased were 16' long. They are heavy and very flexible. they look good and should last a long time. They are grooved on the bottom, so you should have a trim board hiding the ends.
