Ratings & Reviews for Trex Enhance Basics 1-in x 6-in x 16-ft Saddle Grooved Composite Deck Board
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the composite decking for its realistic wood-like appearance, exceptional durability, and minimal upkeep. Most highlight the consistent color, professional finish, and ease of installation using standard tools. Reviewers emphasize that it requires no painting, staining, or sealing while resisting rot, warping, and insects, making the higher upfront cost worthwhile for long-term value. A few report warped boards upon arrival or note the material becomes very hot in direct sunlight. Overall, customers consider it a superior alternative to wood decking.

We have had to replace approximately 20 pieces and alternate them with the bad pieces so the deck looks good and works well. The warranty offered is not a very good warranty, we know the deck will be better than it wooden with less maintenance. However d...
