What Customers Are Saying
The Trex composite decking is praised for its durable, low-maintenance, and easy-to-install features. Customers appreciate the wide range of color options available. However, some issues were reported, such as receiving damaged or warped boards, and concerns about the boards scratching, staining, and becoming very hot in direct sunlight. While the majority of customers seem satisfied with the product's attractive appearance and long-lasting durability, buyers should be aware of the potential quality control concerns.

Would RecommendThe supplier to Lowe's failed to deliver it to Lowe's so while I had to reschedule the contractor it wasn't really Lowe's fault. I had an earlier order for twelve -12ft. boards that went smoothly. These two 12ft boards were for my original measuring error and the contractor's cutting errors.

Not happy
I gave explicit instructions to put the delivery off the right side of the driveway. Those were ignored and they put it IN the driveway on the RIGHT side. Hard to describe how mad I am. My last 4 orders from Lowes....THREE of them were screwed up. The ONLY reason you got 4 stars is because I am very satisfied with the material and the price.

Poor service
The material was not ready nor pulled by staff for pick up. I paid drivers and movers to move the merchandise. I ended up paying an extra $175 because your people were not ready as usual. I have experienced poor service from the Easton store more than once. I don’t think I will ever return to that store again due to poor customer service.
