I went and checked the original order and it was right. I neede an 8 foot section and it was 6 foot. Doesn’t anyone check to see if the order was right before they send a message my order is in? Cost me time and gas money at $4:00 dollars a gallon. Rediculous!
Boards are warped
Would Not RecommendSelling imperfect items. I have standing water on my deck due to the warping of the boards. These boards are not flat

It was so difficult to order the couple of square edge deck boards I needed, and was just not user friendly at all. It also rerouted some of my deliveries to a different store where I had previously pitched items. I really did appreciate how the team at the Lowe’s I worked with tried to accommodate me and get me what I needed. I would have give 1 star if the physical customer service had not...
