What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its natural wood-like appearance, exceptional durability, and low maintenance benefits. Reviewers consistently highlight the stunning visual appeal and rich coloring that resists weathering over time. Many commend the ease of installation and workability, noting the boards cut and handle smoothly. The maintenance-free nature—eliminating annual staining, sealing, and pressure washing—is a major satisfaction driver. A few customers report minor issues like board warping or scratches, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback, with most viewing them as manageable trade-offs for a durable, attractive deck solution.

Happy so far with decking materials, had two bad boards didn’t see before using them small chipped edges work around one . Best price I found around town, but still very expensive.

Affordable and high quality.
Would RecommendGreat quality composite decking at an affordable price. I bought these to rip down for fascia boards to add contrast to my gray topped deck. Also used for the risers on my stairs. Thicker than the deckorator product. I will be buying more to complete the other decks on my house.

TREC Enhance Defective Batch 2023-2024
Would Not RecommendMany other people and I are having difficulties getting the TREX Corporation to honor its warranty regarding its composite deck boards. In 2023, I hired a reputable local deck-building company to replace my old pressure-treated lumber with TREX Enhance decking. Upon arrival, many of the boards were warped and had to be returned. Since 2023, my TREX boards have continually warped, suffered severe cupping, and turned soft in many spots. A simple Google search reveals that this is a known issue wit...

Very durable product
Would Not RecommendThe only problem I had was the order was spread over several months due to several reasons. First the store doesn’t carry a complete stock of items needed pertaining to this product, second the store employee associated with the product was not thorough of product-didn’t explain enough on product, did not explain the product fasteners (screws) on how many needed or explained that I could ordered big box of fasteners so wouldn’t need to buy more! and DID NOT follow through making sure that the pl...

Love Trex
Would RecommendI needed just a few more 12 foot boards to complete my deck. Trex decking is easy to work with, and the Lowe’s staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Resurfacing this 650 square foot deck was a project, but the Lowe’s staff and Trex videos on the Trex website made it easy.
