What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for exceptional durability, low maintenance, and attractive appearance. Reviewers consistently highlight the realistic wood-grain texture, resistance to splinters and warping, and long-lasting weather performance as major advantages over traditional wood. Many appreciate the sleek, professional look with hidden fastener systems and note specific finishes enhance home curb appeal. Installation is widely described as straightforward and manageable. Some customers report minor inconsistencies with board ends or warping upon arrival, though acclimation often resolves issues. A few mention heat retention in direct sunlight. Despite these minor drawbacks, most reviewers consider the product a worthwhile investment.

Would Not RecommendAlmost half of the trex decking was either gouged/ Scratched unusable or broken and unusable !! I don't know if this was the fault of lowe's storage or it came like that from Trex! I will never order this from lowe's again. Not only that, but the pallet that was delivered to me Had all kinds of pebbles and gravel in between the boards scratching them even worse !!!!!! I suggest you pick out your boards yourself, as Lowe's i Flirence Al. doesn't give a c***.What kind of boards they give you...

Curb Appeal
Would RecommendPurchased and put down just over a month ago on my access ramp which is forty two feet long and forty five inches wide for the most part as I do have two landings that are sixty inches wide too. I also sealed this with Defy and I could not be more pleased with the curb appeal, very very satisfied.

We bought this to replace our existing 20 year old decking boards. The customer service at Lowe’s was fantastic. They made sure we got what we needed and got it at the sale price. Delivery was exactly as promised, despite the road construction in front of our house. Lowe’s came through like always! Thanks.

Looks great, easy to install
Would RecommendThe enhance basics decking was very affordable and looks pretty professional on my deck. I especially like the darker greyish color over any of the other options and it was easy to install with the trex hidden fastener system. One thing to note is it gets pretty hot in the sun so I'd test out a few samples and leave them out in the sun to see for yourself. Looking forward to a maintenence free deck!
