What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the composite decking for its durability, low maintenance, and natural wood-like appearance. Reviewers consistently highlight resistance to splinters, rot, and the elimination of staining or sanding. Installation is frequently described as easy, with boards simple to cut and work with using standard tools. The clean aesthetic, especially with hidden fasteners, transforms outdoor spaces. Most find it a worthwhile long-term investment compared to traditional wood. However, some note the material becomes very hot in direct sunlight, and several report receiving warped or damaged boards, though these issues are typically attributed to shipping rather than product quality.

Good people, product; terrible online experience
Would RecommendThe product is great. I also appreciated the associates who helped me. The website is pretty awful. It was so difficult to order the couple of square edge deck boards I needed, and was just not user friendly at all. It also rerouted some of my deliveries to a different store where I had previously pitched items. I really did appreciate how the team at the Lowe’s I worked with tried to accommodate me and get me what I needed. I would have give 1 star if the physical customer service had not...
