What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the composite decking for its authentic wood-like appearance, exceptional durability, and ease of installation. Most highlight the natural look, color consistency, and professional finish that enhances home exteriors. The hidden fastener system is frequently called a game-changer for clean surfaces, and many DIYers achieved contractor-quality results. Reviewers consistently emphasize low maintenance, no staining or painting needed, and resistance to warping, rotting, and splinters. While a few report minor issues like board warping or surface heat in direct sunlight, most consider the long-term value and durability well worth the investment.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.I ordered it and they said it was in , I went to pick it up from 45 minutes away and it was the wrong order. I went and checked the original order and it was right. I neede an 8 foot section and it was 6 foot. Doesn’t anyone check to see if the order was right before they send a message my order is in? Cost me time and gas money at $4:00 dollars a gallon. Rediculous!

Good people, product; terrible online experience
Would RecommendThe product is great. I also appreciated the associates who helped me. The website is pretty awful. It was so difficult to order the couple of square edge deck boards I needed, and was just not user friendly at all.
