What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its stunning natural appearance, consistent color quality, and exceptional durability. Most highlight how easy it is to cut, fasten, and install, especially with hidden fastener systems that create a seamless look. Reviewers consistently note the material outperforms traditional wood, requires minimal maintenance, and delivers strong long-term value that justifies the upfront cost. A few mention the surface becomes very hot in direct sunlight, and rare instances of warped boards occur, but these minor issues do not diminish overall customer satisfaction and strong recommendation.

Bowing on the ends is a problem !
Would RecommendI really like this product , but the first 6 to 8 inches of these boards are bowed and have to be trimmed off to fit correctly . I had to buy 12’ pieces for a 10’ deck so l had to cut each end anyway . If I would have needed the full length it would have been a problem .

On line order
Would RecommendInspect every item at pickup. Every time I have picked up an on-line order some pieces were damaged. Appears who ever collects items don't inspect for damage and don't care. The employees won't accept damaged items to use on their homes, why do you expect me to. I have stated this several times, however nothing has changed. I don't expect anything to change with this one either. Appears Corporate don't care at all.

Trex decking
Would RecommendI placed an order for 68 boards but received 45. I called the store and was told someone would be calling me back. No call. I called again today and was transferred twice and then was disconnected. It appears online they are out of stock for the size I ordered. I wasn't notified they couldn't fulfill my. I could have asked for 16ft boards instead. I like the decking however I am irritated with the customer service aspect. Plus I payed $79.00 for shipping. I will probably need to place anothe...

Thin boards
Would RecommendThis decking is thin, not top of the line but is affordable and easy to work with. It does have some bounce when walking on it due to thinkness but not too bad.
