What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the railings for their sleek, elegant appearance and ease of installation. Most highlight the beautiful white and black color combination, noting the modern look transforms decks dramatically. Many emphasize straightforward assembly with clear instructions and the convenient kit design. However, several report hardware quality concerns and misaligned spindle holes between rails, with a few experiencing rattling balusters. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the aesthetic appeal and installation simplicity well worth the investment.

Would Not RecommendThe brackets only hold the bottom. When you tighten the (garbage screws) it pulls the top of the rail away from the post. You have to be dead on in your measurement as there is NO room for error. Wrong cut, have to buy a whole new complete kit. Would not ever buy this again.

Forced me to pay delivery!!!
Have not opened. Lowes ripped me off by making me pay a delivery fee when this could have been shipped to the store. They are crooks!!!!

Would RecommendEasy to install 8 foot trex rail kit but hard to find in stock. Really looks great on my new front porch. Please keep these in stock as well as the 6 foot kit.

Hello, Thank you for the 5-star review. We are so glad you are loving your Trex decking! - Trex Customer Care
Suprised how easily the finish is marred
Would Not RecommendProduct arrived with the exterior box in half and both top and bottom rail all scratched up. Some damage clearly from how they shipped it but nearly every piece had a blemish on it. Makes you concerned about longevity of product with even minimal use.
